The Korea Exchange (KRX) said it has reached a preliminary deal to
trade the KOSPI 200 futures on the CME Globex platform,
a 24-hour electronic trading system operated by the CME. KOSPI200
futures are derivatives consisting of 200 blue chips on the basis of

SAO PAULO (MarketWatch) -- Chicago Mercantile Exchange owner CME
Group Inc. and Brazil's BM&F commodities and futures exchange signed
a letter of intent to become partners, the BM&F said in press
release late Tuesday. Under the terms of the letter of intent, the
CME group will acquire approximately 10% of shares in BM&F S.A. for
approximately 1.3 billion Brazilian reals ($722 million), while the
BM&F will take a 2% stake in the CME Group.
